As adults, we don’t get to play without a goal. Making things with our hands, in community, can provide the antidote to the non-stop demands on our attention and emotions. We all share a common thread of needing creativity, connection, and a break from the daily grind.

Upcoming Workshops
I offer 4 different types of workshops
Dinner and Crafts: Join me at my house for dinner and time focused on one type of craft. Right now, there are 3 themes:
Elementary Art Club: Go back to elementary art class with crafts like perler bead magnets, friendship bracelets, loom potholders, stenciled totes, etc.
Papercraft: Space and supplies to work on junk journals, collages, stamped cards, linocut carving and printing, etc
Needlework: Space and supplies to work on needle and thread crafts like embroidery, visible mending, cross stitch, etc
Monthly Craft Club: A casual get together at my house (or courtyard!) with a wide variety of workshops. Check the calendar for what is coming up!
Museum Field Trip: A small group deep dives a local exhibit, then returns for lunch and a craft related to the technique or theme we spent the morning studying
Private Workshops: I bring the workshop to you! I bring all the supplies and you have the option of having me stay and teach/facilitate, then I clean up and bring it all home at the end of the evening/afternoon. Perfect for girl’s nights, mom’s groups, birthdays, brunches, etc. Various crafts are offered and I’m always open to discussing crafts not on the list!

Who We Are
This idea started as a monthly get together after the 2024 election as a way to build community and create space for creativity and play away from our screens. It has grown and now I’m ready to launch outside of my circle!
